Who ever comes up with a portafilter that puts the four finger holes into the puck AS you apply the 45 degree tamp is going to make a mint.
Can you PID a freezer or are variations in the internal temp more beneficial? Has anyone questioned the "five minute rule" for freezing the pf? That seems kinda arbitrary.
I'm going to sell my ice maker and buy a chest freezer and a few spare portafilters. How is it we are always so far behind the Aussies?
