Probat UG vs. G

Postby davedelchamps on Tue Aug 30, 2011 2:47 pm

Hello,

I'm looking for some real basic differences between UG series and G series roasters. Specifically concerning roasters with lower capacities. Replies can include specific or general answers - airflow, burner setup, chaff systems, etc. Anything helps.

Thanks

UG is steampunk retro.
G is industrial washer-dryer boxy-foxy.

It's like, if a UG was Han Solo, a G is Han Solo frozen in carbonite.

Hey thanks Nick. like I said, anything helps.

So... if the two were to have an all out brawl, who would win and why? What are their strengths and weaknesses?
