Blending Tray

Postby BanksThomas on Tue Oct 18, 2011 3:11 pm

We need something that can blend up to 300lbs. We are currently using the cooling trey on our 120K roaster but this is not a good option. Any ideas?

Concrete Mixer

300lb is a lot, I'm sure you can find larger ones than this

We tried that but it's not big enough and requires lots of lifting.

There are several companies out there who will build you a dedicated blending table, with or without load cells to weigh. I once spoke to Ponderosa Maintenance about this. I assume most roaster manufacturers could make one to your specs as well.
