For checking water / steamed milk temperatures - needs to be fast.
We're using the standard Fluke II with the stock wire probe. I've been searching for something more user and budget friendly for a while that would incorporate into the coffee bar. Omega.com being one of the options. I've exhausted the search.

not sure about thermocouples, anyone tried this one? looks interesting:

... my experience with anything except a wire bead probe is that its too slow.
open to options, got any?
