toddy coffee in a keg?

I've noticed a few places are doing it, some regular toddy style, others 'enhanced' with coriander and honey. Anyone out there try it? My main reservations would be freshness/holding time, but are there any other issues with serving non-carbonated bevvies from a tap?

I've been exploring this a bit too and would be interested to hear some responses- as far as I can tell, the easiest way to do it is to cask the cold-brew. I think that is what I've seen in most photos, people using "hand pull" tappers since you don't need to mix or carbonate.

couldn't you also just fill 5 gallon water jugs with your toddy, connect it to a flojet with an accumulator and then connect the system to a tap? just make sure to clean or replace your hoses regularly, but that would go for the keg hoses as well.
