Howdy! I am checking back it to see who can report to me on the latest developments on state-of-the-art solutions for on-demand high-volume temperature stable water for pour over. I'm pretty well fed up with the host of shortcomings from the PINO kettle, Bonavita variable temp kettle, Fetco HW tower, and the like. What are the best products out there with minimum of 2 gallon tank that can truly dispense 208F (endlessly) out of the end of the faucet (forget Zojirushi). What are you geeks playing with these days? Pressurizing? Superinsulation? New PID algorithms?
... but how does it taste?
