1) Try rinsing the decaf hopper with warm water and a small amount of liquid dish detergent - then rinse thoroughly and air dry.
2) Clean the inside of the chute/doser/grounds exit path with the above method
3) If #1 and #2 don't work you could try using some of the pre-moistened anti-static wipes that are made for CRT computer monitors or better yet - hit it with a blast from a can of canned air equipped with an anti-static ionizer nozzle or even get an anti-static brush.
