Hi Folks,
Here's a great article for anyone about to start using any of the Mazzer Electronic grinders. The author Graeme Burton is a Machine Technician with a physics background who brings a real scientific rigor to his experiments. I know he's already working on a second part to this story and also starting to play with some shot times vs tds experiments on espresso. Stay tuned!
