I'm curious to know if any roasting companies have had issues with the carbon monoxide coming from their larger production grinders in their facilities.
Our roasters work close to our grinding equipment and have a carbon monoxide detector that goes off when we are doing larger runs of ground coffee. Has anyone else heard of roasting companies that have had to install make up air, venting of some sort, over their grinding equipment?
We are looking to solve any health related issues this might cause.
