policy adjustment: full names & company

There is now a custom profile field in the user profile for "full name" and "company". These will appear in your post profile on the right in each post. These fields are mandatory for new users, but current users need to fill them in manually. You may find them adjusted for you as time goes on, but I ask everyone to please complete these fields.

If these are complete signatures become optional.

I would still prefer to see usernames in First and Last name format.
