Long story short, bought it back from the guy who bought it, sent it out for a timer install. Bummer, but turned out better than it could have.

So long story short...

The day we came home from the hospital (birth of Lola), the UPS guy dropped off the Robur at my house. Caroline signed for it, and the guy took off. Caroline realized that it was too heavy for her to bring in the house, so she called me to come pick it up.

I was working at the time, and had to wait a few hours till I could come home and pick it up. By the time I got home, the grinder was gone.

Some guy walked up to the house with Caroline, Lexee, and Lola home, and snatched it.

Cops were called.

A month later that robur showed up on Craigslist for $250!!!

I had about a million e-mails from various people telling me that my robur was for sale (sorry if I haven't gotten back to all of you).

I had a bunch of people call to try and purchase it back, but the dude sold it to the first person that called.

That person emailed a buddy of his, and was all "I can't believe I bought a robur for $250". That buddy told him the bad news, and said that it was, in fact, too good be true.

The buyer went on to explain that the scum/douche/dirt-bag that sold it to him said that it was in a storage unit that was reposessed. Yeah right.

Anyway.

Brian from EspressoParts happened to be in town and ran by the guys place with $250 in hand to buy it back from him.

It is now in Olympia getting a timer-mod.

I'm just glad to get it back, even if it did cost a little. I'm trying to get it straightened out with the cops, and see if they can bust the scam.

Congrats on a grinder recovered. What a huge relief that must be. All is right with the world...
