Rooms/Apts to let in Vancouver, BC?

Dear Vancouver Coffee People,

I have a pal who's working up your way 4 days a week at a clothing retailer hq. The place he had lined up just fell through and that makes me sad because I was hoping to take advantage of his crash pad every once in a while to hang out with you coffee'ers on the weekends.

Anybody have a place or a mother-in-law they're looking to rent?

If not, where should he start looking? Vancouver craigslist?
