This might be out of the scope of the conference, but maybe a round table on marketing your espresso program. It means nothing if you have the best espresso techniques in the world if people (the customers) don't know about it or don't have a reason to care. Maybe it's as simple as some discussion on techniques and methods on how to highlight such a program. It also might help tie the event together .you know, kind of a take home assignment. Eventually this information needs to be passed along to our staff, employees, coworkers, owners, and customers maybe talk about it as an implementation program of sorts.
