is there a list of Baristas in the USBC? I know there are a lot, but who? Any ideas on how many different coffees are being used in the comp? It wound be nice to see a list of barista and what coffees they are using. Is there a favoured coffee that the majority of baristas use? Or is there as many coffees as there are baritas? Just wondering and wishing that I was there to figure this out myself.

The coffees are described during the performance. It's not available anywhere else yet, as far as I know. People tend to use the coffees they are most familiar with. (though not always)
