We've had a massage therapist come in to go over all of our training approaches to ensure we minimize the risk us repetitive stress injuries. The greatest risks were presented from dosing -- particularly to the shoulder, neck and jaw if your shoulder is constantly raised while dosing. There are also some risks to the elbow from "high elbow" dosing styles.

Fortunately this isn't an issue with great grinders like the Robur-E and WBC K30/Twin
