Our soft opening is today!
I posted some updated pics of our space on
The Coffee Institutes flickr site
Hours will be Monday-Sat 7am-2pm for the month of December.
We are just one month from grand opening!

Congratulations Chris, it looks beautiful. It's great when you already know a lot before you open, because you can create so much more of an accurate place. One that has a precise menu, the correct location for equipment and accessories, a good layout and customer flow, etc. It makes it so much more a customer friendly place. The only downside is now you have to dirty it up with espresso grounds (that's a "terrible" thing). We'll have to make a road trip sometime.
