Is there any news on any changes to the rules/regulations for this years Brewers cup or wether they will be the same as last years? The regionals are getting close and the SCAA site still has the 2011 rules posted.

2012 Rules are on the World Brewers Cup website: http://www.worldbrewerscup.org/downloads/
You can always visit the World Coffee Events website (http://www.worldcoffeeevents.org/) for information and the most up-to-date rules for any of the WCE competitions.
